This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.
.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight
The combination of dry fuels, gusty winds, and low humidity will
result in near critical fire weather conditions from late
afternoon into the early evening.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday
The combination of dry fuels, gusty winds, and low humidity will
result in near critical fire weather conditions from late
afternoon into the early evening, mainly from Baudette to Bemidji
to Park Rapids.
There is a 60 percent chance of minor winter impacts due to
accumulating snow over southeast North Dakota and west central
Minnesota Thursday into Thursday evening. The chance for any
winter weather impacts quickly diminishes north of the highway
200 corridor.
There is a second winter system for the weekend into early next
week that could potentially bring warning impacts to portions of
the area. Stay tuned for additional information on this system as
the week progresses.
