THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

MOST AREAS CAN EXPECT A QUARTER TO A HALF AN INCH OF RAINFALL
TONIGHT, WHILE THE DEVILS LAKE REGION MAY ALSO PICK UP AN INCH OR
SO OF WET SNOW. FOR THIS REASON, A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN
EFFECT FOR LATE TONIGHT THROUGH MID MONDAY MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

RAIN WILL AFFECT THE AREA THROUGH AT LEAST WEDNESDAY. MOSTLY RAIN
WILL FALL ACROSS THE RED RIVER VALLEY. THE RAIN WILL CHANGE TO
SNOW BY WEDNESDAY.

MOST OF THE SNOW WILL FALL IN THE WESTERN PART OF THE DEVILS LAKE
BASIN. FOUR TO SIX INCHES OF SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE
WESTERN PART OF THE DEVILS LAKE BASIN. HOWEVER THE SNOW WILL FALL
OVER A THREE DAY PERIOD WITH AN INCH OR TWO OF SNOW FALLING EACH
DAY. WINDS WILL ALSO INCREASE ON TUESDAY.
