This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

It will be very mild again today, which will continue the melt,
and the corresponding runoff into the river system. Most rivers
and streams are now responding to this runoff. See the latest
flood statements and flood warnings for the most current river
information.

Light snow and mixed precipitation are expected for areas along
and north of highway 2 tonight. Little snowfall accumulation is
expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Temperatures will begin a downward trend for mid to late week.
This will slow down or stop the snow melt, but rivers and streams
will continue to respond.

Light snow and mixed precipitation will continue for areas along
and north of Highway 2 into Wednesday. Light rain and mixed
precipitation are also expected south of Highway 2 on Wednesday,
transitioning to light snow late Wednesday afternoon and evening.
Snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected at most
locations.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated.
