This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Wind Chills to 30 below zero are expected tonight into mid morning
Friday over northeastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

The next chance for snow will late Saturday night into Sunday.
There is much uncertainty on the track and strength of this
system as it moves eastward thru the northern Plains. But parts of
the area could see travel impacts with the risk of significant
snowfall.
