A BAND OF LIGHT TO OCCASIONALLY MODERATE SNOW WILL AFFECT A GOOD
PART OF NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA DURING THE MORNING HOURS. THE SNOW
WILL FOLLOW A DECREASING TREND FROM CANDO THROUGH DEVILS LAKE AND
NEW ROCKFORD...WHILE IT WILL BEGIN OR INCREASE FROM PARK RIVER
THROUGH LAKOTA AND HILLSBORO. A GENERAL SNOWFALL OF ONE TO THREE
INCHES IS EXPECTED OVER THESE AREAS BY EARLY AFTERNOON.
