RIVER VALLEY AND ADJACENT MINNESOTA DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE
AFTERNOON. LOOK FOR A FEW LIGHTNING STRIKES...BRIEF PERIODS OF
HEAVY RAIN AND PERHAPS SOME PEA SIZE HAIL AS THE STORMS ROLL
THROUGH. LOCATIONS FROM ENGLEVALE TO FORMAN AND EAST THROUGH DORAN
AND WESTERN COULD RECEIVE UP TO ONE HALF INCH OF RAIN BY 430 PM.
