  Red River at Oslo...Snake River at Upstream of Warren...Two Rivers
  River at Hallock.

A High Water Notice is issued when river levels are high but are
expected to remain below flood stage for the forecast period.

Safety message...turn around, don`t drown...

 - Don`t travel through flooded areas!

 - Persons living in the Red River Basin should monitor river
   levels while the river is in, or near, flood.

* A high water notice is issued when river levels are high but are

* At 08 AM Thursday March 09 the Stage was 66.8 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...67.0 feet.
* The Snake River near Upstream of Warren will continue to fall
  during this seven day period.
* A high water notice is issued when river levels are high but are
  expected to remain below flood stage for the forecast period.
* Rises appear to be caused by a combination of runoff from recent
  warm spell and ice jam formation.

* At 08 AM Thursday March 09 the Stage was 799.5 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...802.0 feet.
* A high water notice is issued when river levels are high but are
  expected to remain below flood stage for the forecast period.
* Possible crest of 801 to 803 ft. over next 48 hours.
* Rises appear to be caused by a combination of of runoff from recent
  warm spell and freeze up ice jam formation. Crest is estimated based
  on volume of water coming from Lake Bronson.
