  THESE HIGH WATER NOTICES INCLUDE FORECASTS FOR...

  RED RIVER AT WAHPETON...DRAYTON...PEMBINA...TWO RIVERS RIVER AT
  HALLOCK.

.POINTS ALONG THE TWO RIVERS AND RED RIVERS CONTINUE TO FALL. DRAYTON
HAS NOW FALLEN BELOW MINOR FLOOD STAGE. HOWEVER...DRAYTON ALONG WITH
THESE LOCATIONS CONTINUE TO BE ABOVE BANKFUL STAGE. SCATTERED STORMS
THIS AFTERNOON WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION BUT WILL NOT PROVIDE
SUFFICIENT RAINFALL TO REVERSE THE FALLING TRENDS AT THESE LOCATIONS.

THIS FORECAST IS FOR A 7 DAY PERIOD...THE HIGHEST STAGE INDICATED
  MAY NOT REFLECT THE CREST FOR THIS EVENT.

  FORECASTS ARE UPDATED DAILY AND STAGE VALUES WILL CHANGE AS NEW
