expected to remain below flood stage for the forecast period.

* Minor Flood Stage...15.0 feet.
* A high water notice is issued when river levels are high but are
  expected to remain below flood stage for the forecast period.
* This forecast is based on expected rainfall, so adjustments may
  be necessary to the forecast, based on observed rainfall.
