This high water notice includes forecasts for...

  Red River at Drayton...Two Rivers River at Hallock...Park River at
  Grafton.

A High Water Notice is issued when river levels are high but are
expected to remain below flood stage for the forecast period.

Safety message...turn around, don`t drown...

 - Don`t travel through flooded areas!

 - Persons living in the Red River Basin should monitor river
   levels while the river is in, or near, flood.

* ...Drayton...on the Red River.
* At 7 PM Sunday April 9 the Stage was 30.8 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...32.0 feet.
* The river fell below flood stage 9 PM Saturday April 8.
* The Red River near Drayton will continue to fall during this
  seven day period.
* A high water notice is issued when river levels are high but are
  expected to remain below flood stage for the forecast period.
