  THESE HIGH WATER NOTICES INCLUDE FORECASTS FOR...

  RED RIVER AT EAST GRAND FORKS...S. BUFFALO RIVER AT SABIN.

.THE RED RIVER AT EAST GRAND FORKS AND THE SOUTH BRANCH OF THE
BUFFALO RIVER AT SABIN HAVE BOTH FALLEN BELOW BANKFUL STAGE. SOME
SCATTERED STORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON
HOWEVER RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL NOT BE SUFFICIENT TO REVERSE THE
FALLING TRENDS AT THESE LOCATIONS. THIS IS THE LAST HIGH WATER
NOTICE FOR THESE LOCATIONS.

THIS FORECAST IS FOR A 7 DAY PERIOD...THE HIGHEST STAGE INDICATED
  MAY NOT REFLECT THE CREST FOR THIS EVENT.

  FORECASTS ARE UPDATED DAILY AND STAGE VALUES WILL CHANGE AS NEW
  WEATHER AND RIVER INFORMATION IS USED. RIVER FORECASTS USUALLY USE
