  This high water notice includes forecasts for...

  Park River at Grafton.

A High Water Notice is issued when river levels are high but are
expected to remain below flood stage for the forecast period.

Safety message...turn around, don`t drown...

 - Don`t travel through flooded areas!

 - Persons living in the Red River Basin should monitor river
   levels while the river is in...or near...flood.

A High Water Notice continues for...
* ...Grafton...on the Park River.
* At 09 AM Friday June 17 the Stage was 8.4 feet.
* Will rise to around 11.0 feet by Sunday morning.
* Minor Flood Stage...12.0 feet.
* Heaviest rainfall was over the Park River basin closer to the
  main channel...not as much widespread heavy rain over the
  Park River headwaters.
* A high water notice is issued when river levels are high but are
  expected to remain below flood stage for the forecast period.
