  THESE HIGH WATER NOTICES INCLUDE FORECASTS FOR...

  S. BUFFALO RIVER AT SABIN...BUFFALO RIVER AT DILWORTH...RED LAKE
  RIVER AT CROOKSTON...SNAKE RIVER AT ABOVE WARREN...ROSEAU RIVER AT
  ROSEAU.

.WATER LEVELS WILL REMAIN ELEVATED AS SPRING SNOW MELT RUN OFF
CONTINUES TO PROGRESS THROUGH AREA RIVERS. STAGES WILL GRADUALLY
RECEDE OVER THE COMING DAYS...ALTHOUGH THE BUFFALO RIVER NEAR
DILWORTH MAY REMAIN STEADY OR RISE SLIGHTLY BELOW MINOR FLOOD
STAGE.

THIS FORECAST IS FOR A 7 DAY PERIOD...THE HIGHEST STAGE INDICATED
  MAY NOT REFLECT THE CREST FOR THIS EVENT.

  FORECASTS ARE UPDATED DAILY AND STAGE VALUES WILL CHANGE AS NEW
  WEATHER AND RIVER INFORMATION IS USED. RIVER FORECASTS USUALLY USE
