A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL SURGE SOUTH ACROSS THE REGION MONDAY
NIGHT. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN BEHIND THE FRONT...WITH
SUSTAINED WINDS AROUND 30 MPH AND GUSTS TO 45 MPH WEST OF THE RED
RIVER VALLEY ON TUESDAY. IN ADDITION...1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW ARE
POSSIBLE MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING. COMBINED WITH THE
STRONG WINDS...THE SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW MAY LEAD TO DIFFICULT
TRAVEL CONDITIONS MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY...INCLUDING THE MORNING
COMMUTE. HOWEVER...THERE IS STILL SOME UNCERTAINTY IN THE LOCATION
OF ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL.
