RAPID DEVELOPMENT OF THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED ACROSS A PORTION OF
WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA THIS AFTERNOON. MANY OF THESE STORMS WILL
BE WEAK...HOWEVER CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR THESE STORMS TO
PRODUCE FUNNEL CLOUDS AND EVEN TORNADOES INTO THE EARLY EVENING
HOURS.
