...ACCUMULATING SNOW AND STRONG WIND POSSIBLE LATE THURSDAY NIGHT
INTO FRIDAY...

A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE DEVILS LAKE BASIN INTO
THE NORTHERN RED RIVER VALLEY LATE THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY. RAIN
MAY MIX WITH OR CHANGE TO ALL SNOW BY DAWN FRIDAY MORNING AS
TEMPERATURES FALL INTO THE 30S. SNOW MAY CONTINUE FRIDAY
MORNING...AND LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE IF SNOW RATES
BECOME HIGH ENOUGH TO OVERCOME THE VERY WARM GROUND. STRONG
NORTHERLY WINDS WILL ALSO DEVELOP BEHIND THE COLD FRONT...AND
COULD GUST TO NEAR 50 MPH BY LATE THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY.
