IOWA...SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST NEBRASKA...EAST CENTRAL
SOUTH DAKOTA...SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND SOUTHEAST SOUTH
DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...REST OF TONIGHT

NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BE BRISK THE REST OF THE NIGHT. COUPLED WITH
SCATTERED FLURRIES...THERE WILL BE AREAS OF REDUCED VISIBILITIES
AT TIMES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

STRONG NORTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE ON MONDAY. MOST
CONCERNING FOR REDUCTIONS OF VISIBILITIES WILL BE ACROSS SOUTHWEST
MINNESOTA AND EXTREME NORTHWEST IOWA IN THE LATE MORNING AND
AFTERNOON...WHERE WINDS COULD GUST AROUND 35 TO 40 MPH. THIS COULD
CREATE VISIBILITY REDUCTIONS OF A HALF MILE OR LESS AT
TIMES...THEREFORE A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS BEEN POSTED FOR
THESE LOCATIONS.

WIND CHILL VALUES WILL ALSO FALL TO 10 BELOW TO 20 DEGREES BELOW
ZERO ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA MONDAY MORNING.
