A LARGE STORM SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO IMPACT THE REGION EARLY
TUESDAY AND CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. STRONG NORTHERLY
WINDS WILL CREATE DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS WHERE SNOW DEVELOPS
ON TUESDAY. SNOWFALL AMOUNTS REMAIN UNCERTAIN AS THE PRECISE TRACK
IS STILL UNCERTAIN...BUT THE WORST CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ALONG
AND EAST OF A LINE FROM MARSHALL MN TO LAKE ANDES.

CREATING AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW. A BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN
EFFECT FOR THE AREA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW IS EXPECTED THROUGHOUT THE DAY ON TUESDAY. STRONG
NORTHERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE THROUGHOUT THE DAY ON
TUESDAY...CREATING BLOWING SNOW AND WHITEOUT CONDITIONS.
VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED TO ZERO AT TIMES ESPECIALLY DURING THE
DAYLIGHT HOURS ON TUESDAY DUE TO SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW. A BLIZZARD
WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE AREA THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.
