STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE SEVERE. A BETTER CHANCE FOR SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL COME LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THE
EVENING BUT THESE STORMS ARE ALSO NOT EXPECTED TO BECOME SEVERE.

IOWA...WEST CENTRAL IOWA...SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST
NEBRASKA AND SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS
MORNING...BUT THESE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BECOME SEVERE. BY
MID AFTERNOON ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
DEVELOP WEST OF INTERSTATE 29 AND PROGRESS EAST INTO THE EVENING.
A FEW OF THESE STORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE WITH HAIL UP TO GOLF
BALL SIZE...WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH AND ISOLATED TORNADOES POSSIBLE.
THE BEST CHANCE FOR THIS SEVERE THREAT WILL BE FROM 3 PM TO 5 PM
WEST OF INTERSTATE 29 AND FROM 5 PM THROUGH 8 PM EAST OF
INTERSTATE 29.
