SOUTH DAKOTA.

DENSE FOG AND PATCHY DRIZZLE...WITH PERIODIC VISIBILITIES A
QUARTER MILE OR LESS...WILL PERSIST THROUGH MID MORNING THEN
GRADUALLY IMPROVE INTO THE AFTERNOON. ALTHOUGH AIR TEMPERATURES
ARE EXPECTED TO BE ABOVE FREEZING...ROAD SURFACE TEMPERATURES MAY
REMAIN COOL ENOUGH FOR PATCHY SLICK SPOTS ON UNTREATED
SURFACES...ESPECIALLY ON ELEVATED SURFACES SUCH AS BRIDGES.

DENSE FOG MAY AGAIN DEVELOP TONIGHT IN AREAS ALONG THE BUFFALO
RIDGE IN MINNESOTA.

A CHANCE OF ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL OCCUR ACROSS THE REGION
TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT. AT THIS TIME...IT IS TOO EARLY TO
