...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 PM CDT THIS
EVENING FOR NORTHEASTERN FALLS, CENTRAL LIMESTONE AND EAST CENTRAL
MCLENNAN COUNTIES...

At 749 PM CDT, emergency management reported multiple flooded roads
in and near Groesbeck. Areas near Elk and the Tradinghouse Creek
Lake in McLennan County and the area south of Fort Parker Lake in
Limestone County have received multiple rounds of heavy rain as
well. Flash flooding is imminent or already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Waco, Bellmead, Groesbeck, Mart, Riesel, Hallsburg, Lake Mexia,
  Fort Parker State Park, Tradinghouse Creek Reservoir, Lake Creek
  Lake, Lake Limestone, Thornton, Ben Hur, Otto, Prairie Hill, Watt,
  Box Church, Shiloh, Axtell and Fallon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
