...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN ROOKS...
SOUTHWESTERN SMITH...NORTHWESTERN OSBORNE AND SOUTHEASTERN PHILLIPS
COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 330 PM CDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and has exited the warned area. Therefore, the warning will
be allowed to expire.  However, heavy rain is still possible with
this thunderstorm.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for north central
Kansas.

Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
Smith County Kansas until 4:00 PM.
