Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hilo, Mountain View, Papaikou, Keaau, Glenwood, Pepeekeo, Honomu, Volcano, Wainaku and Paukaa. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
