Additional rainfall will aggravate flooding issues in the advisory area. Be cautious if you must travel this morning, and be alert for flooded roadways. If the new rains are significant enough, flash flood warnings are possible. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 438 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Huntsville, Trinity, Groveton, Point Blank, Lovelady, Riverside, Bedias, Kennard, Sebastopol, Huntsville State Park, Iola, Crabbs Prairie, Oakhurst, Pennington, Centralia and Carlos. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
