...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 600 PM CDT
FOR CENTRAL ELLSWORTH COUNTY...

At 510 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lorraine, or 8
miles southwest of Ellsworth, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Ellsworth, Kanopolis, Holyrood, Lorraine, Ellsworth Airport, and
Kanopolis Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for central
Kansas.
