...A LINE OF STRONG WINDS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN NEW HANOVER...
WESTERN PENDER...SOUTHEASTERN BLADEN...NORTHEASTERN BRUNSWICK AND
EAST CENTRAL COLUMBUS COUNTIES THROUGH 815 PM EDT...

At 740 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong wind shift line
over Sandyfield, or 20 miles northwest of Leland, moving
east...southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Leland, Burgaw, Northwest, Sandyfield, Bishop, Penderlea, Point
Caswell, Long Creek, Ashton, Rocky Point, Currie, Wards Corner, The
Borough, Phoenix, Riegelwood, Winnabow, White Stocking, Murray Town,
Montague, and Rooks.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 between mile markers 388 and 407.
 Interstate 140 between mile markers 15 and 16.
 US Route 17 in Brunswick County between mile markers 26 and 44.
