...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 AM EDT FRIDAY...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties in central Ohio, Fairfield and
Hocking.
* WHEN...Until 315 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1012 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional
rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Lancaster, Logan, Baltimore, Buckeye Lake, Bremen,
Millersport, Pleasantville, Hide-A-Way Hills, Hocking Hills
State Park, Fairfield Beach, Starr, Thurston, Sugar Grove,
Rushville, West Rushville, Rockbridge, Hideaway Hills,
Enterprise, North Berne and Lake Logan State Park.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
