In southeast Kentucky, Bell, Harlan, Knox and Leslie. * WHEN...Until 445 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 159 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain due to thunderstorms fell earlier. Some minor flooding is likely ongoing along streams in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen since early Wednesday morning. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible tonight as additional showers and storms move into the area. This additional rain may result in additional or continued minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
