For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario
Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.
.SYNOPSIS...A 29.1 inch east of James Bay will pull further north
across northern Quebec while slowly weakening this afternoon.
Meanwhile, a 30.0 inch surface ridge will move from the upper
Great Lakes to the central then lower Great Lakes by this evening.
The area of high pressure will cross the Lake Saturday night. A
29.6 inch low will cross the Lake on Sunday. An expansive 30.0
inch high centered over Manitoba Sunday evening will build
southeast across the Great Lakes region late Sunday night through
Tuesday. A large storm system will move from the northern plains
to the Upper Great Lakes Tuesday night and Wednesday.

diminishing to 10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers after
midnight. Waves 6 to 9 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet. Waves
occasionally around 11 feet.
.SUNDAY...South winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west. Showers.
Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of
showers in the evening. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.MONDAY...West winds 5 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
