.TONIGHT...Cloudy. Patchy fog statewide. Areas of blowing snow
late in the night. Rain and freezing rain changing to snow this
evening through the early morning hours. Areas of blowing snow
west and central, mainly after midnight. Lows 10 below zero to
zero northwest and zero to 20 above zero elsewhere.
.THURSDAY...Cloudy. Snow, tapering off in the afternoon. Areas of
blowing snow statewide. Highs 5 below zero to 10 above zero,
except highs 15 to 25 far east and southeast.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Becoming mostly clear. Lows 30 below zero to 20
below zero north and 20 below zero to 5 below zero central and
south.
.FRIDAY...Mostly sunny north. Increasing clouds central and south.
