MINNESOTA...EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA...NORTHWEST WISCONSIN AND WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

AREAS OF DRIZZLE COMBINED WITH SURFACE TEMPERATURES AROUND THE
FREEZING MARK ARE CREATING ICY SPOTS OVER MUCH OF CENTRAL
MINNESOTA INTO WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN. IN ADDITION...AREAS OF FOG
OVER MUCH OF WESTERN AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA ARE SETTLING ON ROADS
AND ALSO CREATING SLICK SPOTS ALONG WITH REDUCING VISIBILITY...IN
SOME CASES DOWN TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE. TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE
DIFFICULT BECAUSE OF THESE WEATHER CONDITIONS SO MOTORISTS ARE
URGED TO ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH DESTINATIONS.

SEVERAL INCHES OF ACCUMULATING SNOW IS POSSIBLE TUESDAY INTO
