SOUTHERN MINNESOTA... AND WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE AND AREAS OF FOG ARE
POSSIBLE FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY MORNING.

IN ADDITION...CONFIDENCE IN A RAIN EVENT CHANGING TO A WINTRY MIX
OF PRECIPITATION ON SUNDAY IS INCREASING. PRECIPITATION IS THEN
EXPECTED TO CHANGE TO ALL SNOW FROM WEST TO EAST SUNDAY NIGHT.
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS APPEAR POSSIBLE MONDAY AND MONDAY
NIGHT...ALTHOUGH SPECIFIC AMOUNTS ARE UNCERTAIN AT THIS TIME.
BRISK NORTHWEST WINDS WILL ALSO BRING THE THREAT OF BLOWING SNOW
AND LOWER VISIBILITY MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT.
