EXPECTED FROM THE TWIN CITIES OVER TOWARD EAU CLAIRE AND LADYSMITH
WISCONSIN.

TONIGHT...WIND CHILL VALUES WILL DROP TO NEAR 25 DEGREES BELOW
ZERO FROM WEST CENTRAL INTO CENTRAL MINNESOTA.
