WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES NEAR 25 BELOW ARE EXPECTED MONDAY NIGHT
ACROSS WESTERN MINNESOTA AND TUESDAY NIGHT ACROSS MOST OF THE
OUTLOOK AREA.
