A FEW SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON, BUT THE
THREAT FOR SEVERE WEATHER IS LOW.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

A DANGEROUS HEAT WAVE IS EXPECTED TO BUILD DURING THE MIDDLE OF
NEXT WEEK AS HIGHS RISE INTO THE MID 90S TO LOW 100S...WITH HEAT
INDICES IN THE 100 TO 110 DEGREE RANGE. THE RISK FOR HEAT ILLNESS
WILL INCREASE FOR THOSE OUTDOORS FOR PROLONGED PERIODS OF TIME.
