CENTRAL AND EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA TODAY. STRONG WEST NORTHWEST
WINDS WILL INCREASE TO SPEEDS OF 30 TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS UP TO
45 TO 50 MPH.
