CONTINUE TO SHIFT EAST AT ABOUT 15 MPH ACROSS MUCH OF WEST CENTRAL
WISCONSIN. RAINFALL RATES OF ONE HALF TO ONE INCH PER HOUR CAN BE
EXPECTED...WHICH MAY CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS ALONG WITH
MINOR FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND ROADSIDE DITCHES AND GULLIES.
IN ADDITION...SOME OF THE STRONGER STORMS MAY PRODUCE OCCASIONAL
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES.
