AMOUNTS PRIOR TO 2 PM...WILL VARY FROM TRACE AMOUNTS TO NEAR ONE
HALF OF AN INCH...ESPECIALLY WEST OF A LINE...FROM OLIVIA TO
LITCHFIELD. MOTORISTS SHOULD CURB THEIR SPEED AND ALLOW A LITTLE
EXTRA TIME TO REACH THEIR DESTINATIONS.
