CONTINUE TO SHIFT EAST AT ABOUT 15 MPH ACROSS MUCH OF WEST CENTRAL
WISCONSIN. RAINFALL RATES OF ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF PER HOUR CAN BE
EXPECTED...WITH ISOLATED POCKETS OF HEAVIER RAIN POSSIBLE. IN
ADDITION...SOME OF THE STRONGER STORMS MAY PRODUCE OCCASIONAL
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES. THERE MAY ALSO BE PATCHES OF
FOG WHICH MAY REDUCE VISIBILITY TO ONE MILE OR LESS.
