.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will weaken and retreat W of the area
tonight through Thu night as an area of low pressure moves E then
SE into British Columbia. The low will push a weak cold front
across the waters Thu into Thu night. The area of high pressure
will strengthen and build E towards the coast Fri through Mon
night. Farther south, a coastal trough will persist along the
southern Oregon coast through Sat night. The trough will weaken
slightly on Sun and Sun night, then remain suppressed along the
far southern Oregon coast.
