New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strengthening low pressure
just E and NE of the Gulf of Maine early this morning will move
NE away from the waters today, with a trailing cold front
clearing E of the waters. An intensifying low S of the region
early today will remain S of the waters through Mon. The low will
slowly weaken Mon night into Tue night as it moves off to the SE
passing just W, and then S of Bermuda. A weakening high pressure
ridge will build E over the region Wed, followed by a cold front
moving slowly E and SE across the area Wed night through Thu
night as yet another low develops well to the SW and S of the
waters and strengthens.
