.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front moving SE across
the central waters this morning will weaken and dissipate this
afternoon. High pressure will persist to the W of the area
through tonight. A coastal low pressure trough will develop and
slowly strengthen today through early Wed, then will slowly
weaken Wed night. A weakening low pressure area will pass N of
the waters tonight and Tue. A high pressure ridge will move E
over the northern waters Wed, and then remain over the N waters
Wed night into Fri night. Please be advised that the USCG remote
communications facility at Cambria is experiencing technical
difficulties. Technicians are aware of the problem. We apologize
for any inconvenience.
