central, cloudy east. Fog central and the Devils Lake Basin. Lows
upper single digits and teens west and central, to the upper teens
to lower 20s and east.
.MONDAY...Areas of fog central. Partly to mostly cloudy central
and east. Mostly sunny west with increasing clouds in the
afternoon. Highs in the low to mid 20s central and east, to the
lower 30s southwest.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Mostly cloudy. A slight chance of light snow
southwest. Lows 10 to 20.
.TUESDAY...Partly sunny. Highs in the mid 20s to lower 30s.
