.TONIGHT...Clear and very cold. Lows 20 to 30 below zero. Dangerous
wind chills to 45 below.
.TUESDAY...Mostly clear. Dangerous wind chills in the morning, then
warmer with late afternoon highs of around zero southeast to 15
above west.
.WEDNESDAY...Mostly clear. Lows 5 below to 5 above zero. Highs
in the lower 20s east to the 30s west.
