.EARLY THIS MORNING...Widespread dense fog southern James River
Valley and east, with visibilities one quarter mile or less.
Decreasing clouds west, and mostly cloudy central. Lows in the
teens northeast, with 20s to lower 30s elsewhere.
.LATER TODAY...Widespread dense fog through the morning southern
James River Valley and east. Elsewhere, mostly sunny, then becoming
mostly cloudy in the afternoon with a slight chance of rain south.
Highs in the upper 30s northeast to mid 50s south central.
.TONIGHT...Decreasing clouds west and south. Mostly cloudy elsewhere.
Brisk central and east. Lows 12 north to 27 southeast.
.WEDNESDAY...Colder. Mostly sunny west and central. Mostly cloudy
east with a slight chance of snow in the morning. Highs 20 north
