some increasing clouds again late. Lows 5 to 15 below east and far
north, 5 to 10 above elsewhere. Wind chills to near 25 below far
northeast.
.SUNDAY...Mostly cloudy in the morning, then clearing from north
to south during the afternoon and evening. A chance of light
snow. Breezy with patchy blowing snow. Highs around 5 northwest,
to the 20s southwest and far south central. Temperatures dropping
during the day.
.MARTIN LUTHER KING JR DAY...Mostly clear and cold. Lows 10 below
to 20 below zero. Highs 10 below to zero. Wind chills to around
40 below zero.
.TUESDAY...Mostly clear. Lows 20 below to 30 below zero. Highs
around zero east to the teens above far west. Wind chills to 40
