Offshore Waters Forecast for Caribbean Sea, and the Tropical N
Atlantic from 07N to 19N W of 55W.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure north of the Greater Antilles is
sustaining moderate to fresh trade winds, except for fresh to
strong winds in the Windward Passage and in the south-central
Caribbean. The gradient associated to the high pressure will
maintain fresh to strong winds just north of Colombia, through the
Windward Passage, and in the lee of Cuba through tonight. Looking
ahead, strengthening of the high pressure beginning late Fri will
also force fresh to strong trade winds in the Gulf of Honduras,
lee of Cuba, Windward Passage and just south of Hispaniola through
early next week.
