...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1000 PM CDT
FOR EASTERN FREMONT...SOUTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY AND PAGE COUNTIES...

At 926 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 3 miles south of Red Oak to 4 miles west of Blanchard,
moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Clarinda, Shenandoah, Villisca, Essex, Stanton, Farragut, College
Springs, Coin, Shambaugh, Braddyville, Blanchard, Yorktown, Imogene,
Northboro, Coburg, Hepburn, Pierce Recreation Area, Hacklebarney
Woods County Park, and Viking Lake State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for southwestern
Iowa.

building.
