637 WGUS44 KOUN 280305 FLWOUN BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Flood Warning National Weather Service Norman OK 1005 PM CDT Sat Apr 27 2024 TXC009-023-275-280900- /O.NEW.KOUN.FA.W.0002.240428T0305Z-240428T0900Z/ /00000.0.ER.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.OO/ Archer TX-Baylor TX-Knox TX- 1005 PM CDT Sat Apr 27 2024 ...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CDT SUNDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern Texas, including the following counties, Archer, Baylor and Knox. * WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1005 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
