Light transport winds on Tuesday will lead to fair dispersion due
to the lack of mixing. A storm system will bring the risk of a
wetting rain tonight into Tuesday and again later in the week. RH
values will remain above 50% as a moist airmass remains in place,
but some drier air eventually moves into the region Wednesday
evening.
