...COASTAL FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM FRIDAY TO
4 AM EDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one foot of
  inundation above ground level in low-lying areas near
  shorelines and tidal waterways. For the Coastal Flood Warning,
  one to two feet of inundation above ground level expected in
  low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.

* WHERE...In Delaware, Inland Sussex and Delaware Beaches. In
  New Jersey, Cape May and Atlantic Coastal Cape May.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Friday.
  For the Coastal Flood Warning, from 8 PM Friday to 4 AM EDT
  Saturday.

* IMPACTS...At the moderate coastal flood level, widespread
  roadway flooding occurs in coastal and bayside communities and
  along inland tidal waterways. Many roads become impassable.
  Some damage to vulnerable structures may begin to occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Increasing onshore flow during the day on
  Friday combined with the higher astronomical tides will
  increase the potential for moderate coastal flooding with the
  Friday night high tide. The Friday night high tide is forecast
  to have the highest water levels and greatest impacts with
  this stretch of coastal flooding, and high tide water levels
  will lower over the weekend.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. If
travel is required, do not drive around barricades or through
water of unknown depth.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Gloucester, Camden and Northwestern
  Burlington. In Pennsylvania, Delaware, Philadelphia and Lower
  Bucks.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 6 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most
  vulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or full
  road closures are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Another round of widespread minor coastal
  flooding is forecast for the late Friday night to early
  Saturday morning high tide. The Friday night to early Saturday
  morning high tide is forecast to have the highest water levels
  and greatest impacts with this stretch of coastal flooding,
  and high tide water levels will lower over the weekend.
