At 436 AM EDT, a line of thunderstorms capable of producing
waterspouts were located along a line extending from 13 nm east of
Barnegat Light Reef to 17 nm east of Deepwater Reef, moving
northeast at 60 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Shark River Reef.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water, stay below deck if possible and keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
